detecting near Corbin or Berea, KY?

Hi folks,

I'm gonna be in that general area for a bit on Friday.....any good places nearby that are publicly accessible? I'll be with a colleague who's never been detecting before and is DYING to go.....even public parks where it's not frowned on would do.....
