Detecting near the Drewry's Bluff Battlelines

GRAY GHOST

New member
Well, i can tell ya one thing.... We are detecting a hotly contested piece of ground near the Drewry's Bluff battlelines! We've only dug a couple of dropped bullets there. A rare CS shotgun slug surfaced yesterday, as did a .69 minie [ both are seldom found around here - usually hafta go north of the James River to dig these ] as well as handfuls of shot Gardners, Richmond Sharps, Enfields, Musketballs, and common three ringers. I dug a single 20th century civilian button, making brass real scarce there.

A good bit of lead melt has surfaced as well. As always, all relics were dug on private land with the owner's permission. Thanks for looking, and good luck!
