Detecting post

I’m not sure how to start this thread but it seems to amaze me that the is a detecting forum and no one replies to someone’s post that has found a coin or other item metal detecting. People go through great lengths to find items and clean them and post them only for them to go to bottom of page by a bunch of people arguing. There is private messages for that if you want to argue. But as soon as a political post is posted every one wants to reply. Don’t get me wrong I’m a Republicans also and conservative but this is a metal detecting forum there is a views forum for that. I have been on their forum for years and it seems lately we have for got about detecting. I know that a lot of people do not post on here any more due to all of the politics and no metal detecting. The ones that have been on here for years no thy I have never posted a thread like this. But it is starting to bother me. I consider all of the ones that have been on here for years family and would like to say that about all the new members. But it’s hard to get to know someone by just political post. And I agree I hope the presidential outcome goes for Trump. But that is not you we serve. I serve a God that is much higher than that. And he says to love each other and if all possible get along with one another.

I agree Mike. I miss seeing all your post on here. At least you text me pictures when you find them. Hopefully in 2021 we can get together and find some civil war relics. Myself. I have just got to where I can start detecting more again as my son is 4 and likes to go with me now. But I can’t hunt as long with him. Hopefully I get to go Tuesday for a little while.

Thanks Travis for reminding us (me) to love one another but as a prayer warrior fighting for the heart & soul of America right now that comes first with me & therefore, I fail to keep my cool in the Crime that has stolen this election from President Trump & those who follow him, Jesus & vote for truth & righteousness -- Later we can pray for all people to turn to God & trust in Jesus in the great Revival coming more fully but at this time let us pray, work the best ways we can for God's Righteousness for Good Leaders to be elected while still having believing faith that God Jehovah in Jesus' name, hears us & answers according to His Will & plans for His own & for the betterment of all people by President Trump being reelected, as I don't believe many do understand how America --The USA will be with Biden & The Deep States Administration & although they are liars--they do tell the truth of what evil they are going to do once in office; therefore we must keep faith, PRAY & do whatever we can to reveal the Lies & The Criminality that has gone on by the Socialists, the Communist Chinese Gov & all who cheated trying to elect an EVIL & illegal president into office & they are the Bidens, The Clintons & the Obamas & thousands more who prefer Socialism & Communism & not our Constitutional Gov, of the people, for the people & by the people which has been absolutely corrupted over many years because good & honest people weren't & are't paying attention nor praying & asking God to intercede like God's many prayer warriors--praying saints are! I don't post on the Views Forum--most don't like my views! I have always responded to the finds found & posted & still do on CMD & Find Forums! Always glad to see what other detectorists find, even though I am unable to go Metal Detecting myself! But brings back memories of my detecting & what I found when able to go detecting! God is good & He blesses us when we pray & worship Him in Spirit & in Truth & yes He spanks me when I disobey & stray from His love & truth! So let us stay faithful to God in the name of Jesus! Amen! Ma

Politics and christianity have somehow become so intertwined, to the point that the gospel of Jesus Christ is getting compromised and lost in the mess. The Christian metal detecting forum has always been a place of prayer, support and uplifting for it's members. The views forum on the other hand is a place of passionate debate and often open and bitter conflict of opposing ideas.

In these things, a time has come for a frank and important discussion but in a spirit of sensitivity, patience and love. Not sure either of these forums is an appropriate place.

Well without God & prayer being spoken & written are we to let satan & all the News Media & Big Tech bann us & allow EVIL to take over America without a fight??--CMD is supposed to be the Forum to speak of Jesus & not be ridiculed about our faith for God & America with the Evil Bidens winning & ruling without speaking against them & all the stealing they have done with the Communist Chinese Party & stealing the election? I still have Faith that what God showed me by His Holy Spirit that Trump will be reelected & this year for 2021, even though it looks like by the Evil workers of iniquity that Biden & his bloody murdering Demon Party has won-- But I won't accept LIES & the Socialists Theiving Party stealing this election which their evil works have been & are being banned & hidden by everyone it seems & now a Christian Forum is saying be quiet & don't reveal the wickedness & their EVIL ways!

I still say & will continue saying, God Jehovah in Jesus' name will reveal all that is hidden & will get the GLORY for President Trump's being president for the next four years! What I can't believe Is: that the CMD Forum is banning discussion in Jesus' name on a supposedly Christian Forum! The View is for discussion of the world & not Jesus--because neither agrees with the other--therefore, constant fighting with no PEACE! To say I am disappointed in our CMD Forum is an understatement --I have complete believing Faith in the One & only God to fulfill His promises with President Trump's promises fulfilled by His anointing & appointing Him for a time such as this--Stealing, lying, cheating & destroying His babies by killing of the Innocent are done by the Demon possessed Party!

God have mercy upon & help us for even they who claim You as Savior & Lord are banning You from being shown as The God Who saves & forgives us from the enslavement of our enemies by being able to speak our minds & encourage one another on this Forum that is supposed to be for we who love, worship & adore You & give You praise in all that You do for Your people called by Your name, Christ Jesus, without being censored (banned--forbidden) because some cannot stand to hear Your Holy Word (The Bible) "Thus saith the Lord"!

Christianity needs to be in Politics with prayers to God in Jesus' name & for us to do what we can Spiritually & Physically to help defeat satan & his servants; therefore, why can we not pray to & work with our Lord Jesus the best we can so that we move God's heart to do what he needs to do to help save America & even the whole world from Communist Enslavement??! It’s not the politics much as how hateful we are becoming to each other on here. And a lot are just getting on here to start things. As you see Ma most never post on any metal detector related threads. It s okay to talk politics some but thy is all this forum has become. Ma you are not one that I have been talking to. You reply to detecting threads. But I think their should be more detecting related threads.

I like mainly reading the finds either in todays finds or in the related brand name forums. Seeing what is out there and learning what and when something was “in fashion” or being made has helped me immensely in understanding history in general. I dont stray from the gospel group or the political group, each brings up good points and exposes bad points.
I once was in a discussion with one of the wife's uncles. He did not like the Mormons directly around where he lived. He did not like BLM (Bureau of Land Management) when up in the mountains at the ranch tending to the cattle and property. So I asked him of the two groups who did he not like the most? Without even a blink of the eye he said, “depends on my altitude at the time!” Gotta love those old cowboys.....

I'm very happy you're posting in the views forum these days. I truly appreciate your comments.
Though I've been detecting the majority of my life.
I am not as capable as I used to be. Been down all but a few months last three years. Hopefully soon I can enjoy my hobbies again. Especially astronomy.
I thoroughly enjoy reading most any detecting post. Especially stories. Great and unusual finds.
Helping to get newgys on their way in this enjoyable passion called metal detecting.

And as of late. Posts exposing the Evils of our government and the world. There are few places you can speak your mind and Not be censored.
I really enjoy the Views Forum.
