General Rules

The Finds Treasure Forum Classifieds is for individual use only with the exception of banner advertising buyers. Those buyers may advertise their traded in, discontinued models, etc.

Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they  cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.

Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.

Only Forum Members Registered for  90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

Rules for Non Sponsoring Sellers:

  • Items for sale, or for trade, should be your own personal property and be accurately described.
  • Your for sale or trade post should be self contained, without references to another site where you may also have it for sale.
  • Do not put links to eBay.
  • Do not put links to other forums where you may also have the same item for sale or trade.
  • Dealers are not allowed to post in Classifieds unless they are a sponsor.

Ok I am going to sell my DFX,. I tried the trading route but just missed on some good trades. This Detector was purchased by me in 2010 and has been babied. I am the second owner who purchased it new in Denver from great dealer. The first owner never used it and when I bought it was as good as new. The Date of manufacture is 2001 but I believe it was not sold till 2003. I am including the Stock 950 Coil and the 6x10 DD coil. Both have there own shafts comes with the rechargeable battery and the AA battery pack and the Charger. I also have the original owners manual and two books - Digging Deeper and Dancing with the DFX. I am also including some Koss headphones from Whites and a Pin-pointer from Merlin that works pretty well not as deep as Pro Pointer from Garrett but pretty close. So everything you see in the picture minus the cat and my lunch box go with the DFX.

I am asking $700 for everything plus actual shipping cost. If you have any questions please ask and if you have something to trade let me know.

P..S. I am looking to get something different. Maybe an Etrac or Explorer or X-Terra or maybe a V3 can not make up my mind. Or who knows maybe a Fisher F75 or Teknetics T2. I will probably regret selling it because it is a great detector just want to see how I like something else. A girl has to shop.
 
hello, could you tell me if this detector has a back lite and whats the very lowest you can take for the deal..please let me know..thankyou mike..
 
Yes the DFX has a backlight. As far as my best price. Make me an offer and we can start there.
