Detector stand for the T2

Got tired of the detector tipping over so I looked online to see how to build a stand. Spent $4 on parts and about a half hour to assemble. Works great!!

Got the idea from this. Two 3/4 Tees, two 90 degree ells, and a short piece of pipe. All pvc, which can be purchased at the Home Depot or Lowes for under $4.00. I didn't see the need for the caps. It sets up and balances off the ground fine.

Got a stand for my T2, really nice to keep it off the ground.

Just have to give it a coat of paint.

Forgot to add that I glued a thin piece of clear vinyl into the cutout portion of the tee and gave a few wraps of electrical tape around the shaft to avoid scratching. This gave it a snug fit and I did some more tape for added stability.

Hi all !
