Deus 2 elliptical coil on California beaches with heavy black sand.

Hello just curious on stable settings , or adjustments with using the deus 2 HF coil on The beach with heavy black sand if anyone has experience in doing so.

Zero experiencewih coil onback sand.
Couple things though
I suspect speed may have to be somewhat higher vs hunting purely sand beach.
And then there is this….under GB menu you have the setting called magnetic reject. You may want to play around with that.
Play with your MF freq too. The different bands.
