Deus 2 problem with backphones

My Deus 2 was working fine and suddenly the backphones aren't communicating with the controller. Everything starts up properly but the backphones have no sound from targets. The BPhones only show volume and nothing else. I was on a club hunt and had to use the controller's speaker. Anyone have any ideas on whats wrong???

Somehow they UN-synced. It happened to me when I was in there messing around with the up-dating of the Ws6's. . accidentally changed the serial numbers and the language.
Dumb luck, I straightened it out.
Trying to get English back in when I couldn't read German was a bitc7. And, EN isn't the abbreviation for English . . .I think it was GB . . .Like I said "Dumb Luck".

Do you have a Deus 1 or the newer Deus 2?

I would contact XP and put the question to them. Sounds like a defective unit.
It has to be seen by the remote if it's automatically powering up.

You could power up the puck and leave it run until the battery dies. Recharge and try it again before contacting XP.
