I have that remote holder on my D2. It definitely works ,mine has a tilt to the left cause I'm right handed so it's easy to see . Good investment and pretty cheap
I got the straight one. May get a tilted one later.

these make your remote rock solid in place and it’ll never come off ,, and protect it from any drops,etc…What’s cool too is how the top comes off and the remote slips in and out of the box. Glad you put this thread up, people should look at these seriously
