Deus carry bag

What do you guys use for a carry bag for the Deus? I would like to find a backpack that would fit the Deus when I hike back in the woods.

I have a MilSpec bag and love it but the maker is a rip off so DO NOT buy from him, might find one via Jeremy and Vance metal detectors or windy city if there are any in stock.....

I use a soft sided carbine rifle case. Nice padded case with two compartments...accommodates everything.

I saw this one as well and it looks like a very good one. In the end, I went with the smaller dimensions of the one at the link in my post so as to get as close to carry on size as possible. Mine is 2" longer than "official" carry on size but I'm sure it would be acceptable.

Just the view from my foxhole....

I have the hard case by XP for storage and transport but just picked up a Sierra backpack for carrying in the field.

I've used a full size frameless Kelty backpack for years for hauling my detector and gear around in the woods. Even if I'm only a mile (or even less!) off the road and into the woods, I like a pack big enough to also carry some rain gear, emergency gear, lunch etc. Wide padded shoulder straps and hip belt make a big difference for me also. Much better to have a pack that's a little too big then to get one a little too small :)

here's a Deus carry bag from Andy's site. scroll to the bottom of the page. there are two types.

I have the Deus Carry bag but it actually is about 12-14 inches too long. The Carbine rifle case looks about right.
