Deus Charger Clamp ?

Unit is less than a year old and the Charger Clamp does not want to close. Is there a fix for this ? Thanks

Call your dealer or the service center. The warranty support from XP is phenomenal.

The clamp does not close...
It just snaps over the coil.
You need to support the coil off the bottom because the clip extends past the bottom of the coil.

I'd add that if you don't apply it directly down you can damage the charging prongs and they won't slide in and out making the charging connection.
