The "diving pouch" is the pouch that comes with the XP Water Kit . . . antenna, pouch and earbud style headphones. Developed and tested by XP, this is the only route I recommend water hunters go with now that a factory solution is available.
Most XP dealers will carry them - just ask for teh factory water kit.
