deus update sept 18th

Yep. It didn't even deserve the dignity of a response. I don't get why people go out of their way to be rude to people on boards who are just there to help them (as Calabash's videos do) or Gary getting the same kind of nasty responses (yet he posts programs and is happy to give helpful advice).

Whenever it's out, it's out. I realize they've been saying it's around the corner for a long time now, but in the meantime does that mean you enjoy using your Deus any less? Does it prevent you from going out in the field and making great finds with what you have right now?

Nope.

I see companies like Microsoft throw out half baked garbage riddled with bugs on a near constant basis so in my view it's nice to see the other side of things where it's out when they really believe it's right. I'd honestly rather have it right than have it right now but not right.

Has XP ever put out a flyer like this in concert with a huge event in relation to a release?XP-Rally-ticket-web

It's in Sept in England what better way to kick off the new update and coil and pin pointer?
 
No matter how long it may take for us to get the update and start hunting I'm sure from way across the pond we will start to get reports soon. Reading is always a welcome way to go for me because they get to play with it while we wait. Then we get to play with the update after they mess with the new changes so it gives us a head start when we hunt. I'm sure a lot of us will hit places we have hunted in the past. I know I am because that is all I have left to hunt. New places are so hard to come by these days in the Gold Country...
 
It sure helps the learning curve when others have went before you!

Just to follow up Andy and I will be attending the XP Rally both days. We will be there before and after the rally.

Xp will be posting updates live from the rally, Facebook, Twitter, forums there are also lots of other media people going so you won't be short of information.
 
That will be very cool to have this starting soon so those of us that are fall and winter hunters can get out and hit the dirt with maybe a new edge to the deus..
 
Any small advancement will be worth the wait if it helps us take the deus on more step at getting deeper and finding more in iron.

The software update is mainly to accommodate the new products.
Possibly with some small changes to current features.
 
The thing is already the best relic machine hands down got a video that will be up tonight hopefully of the Deus eating the T2s lunch in the test garden which is the little brother of the F75. The new coil will be interesting to see how it can be used possibly for relic hunting purposes and not just prospecting? Cant wait to see.
 
It will be as much fun downloading the software as it will seeing you make new videos calabash digger and discovering what the machine can do next>
 
Well we will have to see how much we have to spend to see what the software can do there is always a catch
