Deus vs 1820 cellar hole

I hit a local cellar hole with a friend and dug a few cool items... 3 lantern parts, 2 1938 Michigan license plates, and unknown sign enclosed in the root of a bush, an old round buckle, suspended end, 2 harmonica reeds, a horse shoe and several old leaf springs I'll end up using to make a few knives out of. Pictured are a few knive's I recently made.. (Yet another hobby).. Knives are for sale.. :)

Cool finds Nice looking knives.. I've got a large digger knife I use to dig with and it's made out of a leaf spring. Tougher than tough. I'll probably never wear it out, much less break it. HH-Mark

I never thought of that... I have a endless supply of rasps, I used to be a blacksmith and my father and brother still shoe horses..'so most of my knives are made from rasps or "01" tool steel.. But I'll mix it up and make skinners from 4.5" wide bandsaw blades from time to time..
