Deus xp faulty control box

Hi all,if anyone can help with this fault on the control box,the off/on button works along with the + and - programmed buttons yet all the other buttons on the control box will not work,also the ws5 headphones only work on one side yet the both side work now and again when using the machine is this due to the fault with the control buttons,thanks for any help.
 
The headphone problem sounds like a broken link wire.
The button problem sounds like a key pad issue, in my experience this can be caused by those stick on extension pips people use as they put excess pressure on the buttons causing them to fail.
Either way both are an easy fix for your XP service centre.
 
Thanks for your message,I haven't put any stick on extensions on the buttons so will send it to get fixed,I just didn't want to open up the control box,
