What remains of the watermelon when there is no water left. Sounds interesting. Please post a photo.
My wife dehydrates our excess tomatoes then uses them in soups and stews throughout the winter.
Tried a few fruits and chillies but never beef for jerky. Jerky is not often seen here in Tasmania, though a bit is imported from USA as nibbles with potao crisps and nuts while drinking beer at barbecues.
