About two months ago, Found a nice clean Diable II Gold Demon at a yard sale. The price was right so I bought the detector.
First day out was a local tot lot, Found a tiny ear-ring stud deep in the wood chips. For an older (1992) gold detector it sure operates well, Smooth threshold even with high sensitivity.
I believe it was 1992 when the Diablo II Gold Demon first came out, If not please someone correct me.
Any of you Tesoro users remember this Gold Machine? If it can handle mineralization as well as it operates I can't see any reason why it can not compete with today's machines, Very good sensitivity.
