I did get permission to hunt two lots I have been eyeballing for a while now! Two lots side by side, one had a one room school house on it, and the other had an old abandoned house on it, both have been torn down. One person owned both lots and she said someone has already detected there years ago but go ahead and good luck!

well you all know, there is no such thing as a place that is hunted out! Hope to go there soon!

so in spite of the rain, I used the time to knock some doors and make some calls, waiting on a phone call from the owner of an old drive in too, I am hoping he gives me permission for that one to :clapping:

Some of my best finds come from so called hunted out sites! I take it as a challenge to find the better stuff that the amatures lefte behind! :)

slow down, and listen for tose quiet deep tones, dig some iffy signals too. Many newbies just grab what is shallow and near the top, the easy ones. That is how the better stuff gets left behind. I hope you do well! :)

went down there for a couple hours today and talk about trash city! wow, it was bad. I talked to the neighbor and he told me once they tore the school down they brought in fill dirt...........just my luck I think it came from a junkyard

I knew something was odd when I found a 1995 penny on a lot that used to have a one room school house on it
