Every year there is a Jambalaya Festival in Gonzales,La.Betty and I work every year for four days at the festival,This was the four days.We volunteer every year.They do business with us year round so four days a year is not bad investment.Oh,and enjoy it it also.We get to see and talk to all the big boy of the area.
