Differencies between the T2 original and F-70?

What are the true differences between the two as far as performance? Do they both get about the same depth? I know the T-2 has a little better iron capabilities. Let me know I currently use the F 70 and really like it's weight and it's a great coin machine but I've seen where a lot of people like the T2 for relics. I may get the T2 for just relic hunting. But if my F 70 is just as capable with the 11" dd coil I will use it. These detectors are just so light and evenly balanced you can't help but love them!!

i cant say about the the t2 i do have the t2se and used to own a f70. i personally think the f70 is a better coin machine its just as deep as the t2 exept the boost mode on the t2se might get a little deeper and boost mode really helps in taller grass what i like better for coins about the f70 is running multi tones just seems to run smoother. on the t2 i like running mono tones when i crank up the sense, runnung 3 or 4 tones you have to keep it turned down for it to run smooth. the t2 has a larger iron range from 0 to 39 the f70 is from 0 to 15 so i think the f70 does a little better job on tid of coins and jewerly, and i also think the t2 hits better on on relics. ive only been mding for 4 years so im no expert im sure some others will jump in here and give you some more info hh
