Hello all. I am new to detecting and am thinking about buying a new Compadre and noticed that on some of the youtube videos some machines had 2 knobs instead of one. If I remember correctly, some if not all I saw the guys involved spoke French. Do the units sold out of the US have 2 knobs instead of 1 or did the owners just modify them?


Thanks for any info. The more I look at the Tesoros the more I like them!
 
French one has 2 knobs one for disc one for volume, but lot of people have modified them.. to suit their needs.
