diggin today

DK

New member
Went out diggin today. Found some cents and part of a shell casing and something else. As soon as I get it all cleaned I will post some pics. Ground frozen about 2 inches down. First inch or so was soft but got harder to dig. Good to get out tho. NOW IT IS TIME FOR ME TO GO WATCH THE COLTS BEAT BALTIMORE.

man I can't wait to dig, the snow is about gone here, and some spots are getting soft, I might try to hit up a park today

Congrats, DK, on braving the cold and frozen ground and finding some goodies....helps to cure winter's cabin fever! ;) May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

went to the park today, I just had to get out, dug for about 2 hours, ground is still crusty. I managed $4.46 in clad

Well, congrats, for $4.46 is better than some days of :detecting: in warmer weather with ground easier to dig! May God Bless! Amen! Betty

Here in Grand Rapids, we still have snow up to our 'giggi-poo' and diggin's out of the question. Don't mind being in the great out-of-doors but don't like diggin' in the cold, hard ground. I'll leave that up to you young 'wipper-snappers'. ha!
