The second version of the new micro chip, v1.20q, is currently being tested and the final version should be finished within the next two weeks. The chip will have either 10 or 11 user modes, plus a Deep Search Mode that adds significant depth in mineralized ground. The modes will be completely adjustable, that will allow the Cointrax to be configured for just about any concievable type hunting except underwater. Discovery Electronics is scheduled to go into production of a new model Cointrax Baron at the end of this month that will have the chip as standard, those who already own a Treasure Baron with the Cointrax module can purchase the chip as an upgrade. The Cointrax has always been an excellent, deep seeking performer, the chip upgrade will make it an outstanding one. Information concerning the micro chip features can be read at the link below.
