Sorry if this question has been asked before, but I can't seem to find one. If not, have any of you hunted in rain without damage?
Thanks

I got one for a T-2 had to modify a little but it works great. Mo used another kind but he said it worked also. Good luck. HH :teknetics::minelab:

Just a little too big for me, that's why I like the Xterra's cover, fits like a glove..........

There is one listed on the Teknetics webpage. Says it works on all units except the T2. Don't know if it's available yet.

Brian-----We used Sunray Etrac environmental covers and my wife "modded" them by takeing them in a little & adding velcro on the back (for the straps).---I then carefully measured & traced circles on the cover window & side and cut them out for the headphone jack & two control knobs.-----They look and work great, you have a perfectly full view of the faceplate & buttons but they are still well protected..----We did that on our two Omegas as well as our G2's.-------Marcs suggestion of Xterra covers would work great to I'm sure, I hadn't thought of them.----------Del

Thanks. I ended up making one out of a spare Minelab E-Trac cover that came with my machine. I cut 2 holes for the knobs, and an additional one for my headphones. Thanks for all the suggestions.

Anything that will just protect the screen will work, I mean, does ANYONE REALLY hunt in the rain? I don't. Don't like digging in the mud......

and really detest working in a bunch of mud (out of town or renovation sites) or super-soggy lawns (which we have in-town here in NW Oregon).

I don't use control box covers or coil covers.
