Do you display your finds at home

Just wondering if and how you display all the good finds at home for people to see. Do you use picture frames etc. What do you use to hold them in place while hanging?

Printer ink drawer. :wiggle:

I have old coins and a few other flat artifacts in a 8x10 picture frame with glass. Backround cardboard is red, looks nice. Gonna make another display frame when I get the ambition. Coins, etc are held in place with double stick tape cut about 1/4" x 1/4" square. Also I have some skeleton keys in a picture frame with glass, they are gued to the backround cardboard. I have a lot more skeleton keys but this small frame fits nicely between the kitchen door and the window.

jabbo nice key display  Jim

I don't display because I don't want anyone, especially burglars or any servicemen coming through the house seeing rings and such. If I was a relic hunter I would display like jabbo's fine key display case that he posted!! Beautiful job by the way! When I was an antique dealer many years ago, I displayed a ton of stuff at my home but that was a different time.
The silver rings, costume jewellery and other items I come across are in a big ziploc bag that my 5 y/o grandaughter plays with every time she comes to visit! She loves to put the rings and jewellery on and we all have a fun time seeing her with this stuff on!!!

I have a cabinet with some of my nicest finds that I kept

On a shelf on one book case I have more stuff:

And on the floor by my detectors I keep my WW1 100lb bomb I found.

And all the drawers in the cabinet near my gear are loaded with lighters, keys, boat parts, drug paraphernalia, knives, toys and fishing lures.

Yes, we do....but not everything. They are always a topic of conversation.
I also display my Springfield .45 and targets that show 3" shot goups at 25 yards and my security cameras.....lol
We have an "open door" atmosphere at the house....never had a problem.

:beers:
Cheers
