Does anyone at Whites repair answer emails?

I sent an email last week from the Whites website inquiring if they can still replace the 3 way toggle ground balance switch on an older 6000 Di Pro. I also left a message on the phone.
Haven't heard anything back yet.

Does anyone know where I can send it to get replaced if they can't do it?

The few times I have sent email to Whites I got no response, calling always gets a warm body on the line....

Thanks for the replies and PMs. I sent and got a response from Keith Wills. I'm sending it in to him to fix the switch.

I just want to keep this unit in tip top shape to pass on to my 7 yr old grandson when he gets older as he starting to get into the hobby.
