or, and added to the ability of splitting up the frequencies to transmit 1, at a time?
You have the Equinox stable, and the V3i and DFX by Whites that offer both methods. There are more that offer either, or--but not both.
In which types of hunting are you most concerned with? And what detector characteristics are of prime importance?
Example: absolute depth vs ability to work in a saturated trash environment; coins vs nuggets, inland vs wet salt (might be three from a long list.)
(And not including peripherals like weight, battery life, cost, warranty and such.)
