Does Teknetics monitor this forum?

I was wondering if anyone knows if a Teknetic rep(s) monitor this forum? I can't seem to get through to anyone at First Texas - line is always busy, e-mails go unanswered, etc. I was told there is only one rep for the whole company????

Not gonna say anything other than First Texas really needs to hire some additional customer support people. I think that it is great for Dave J. to step up.

I called them twice last week and both times a young lady answered the phone and put me through to someone who could help me.. It worked fine for me.

Try calling again......... many times their just busy ..... or taking other calls when one tries to get through.

I try to spend time here in the evenings and on lots of other forums and I know Dave J and Scully do the same.
