Does the F70 come with a arm rest strap?

I found out that they do not. I think the should be a little more like White's. At least they do include an arm rest strap. They don't make you buy tyhat as an accessory.

When I put my F-75 together I thought they forgot them until I read the owners manual and it states there is no coil washers for the coil.
