Doing the right thing pays off

Hello all,

Me and some "friends/associates" found a patch of tiny gold nuggets gold on some public property and followed the patch all the way to the boundary fence of some private property. The other detectorists I had shared the patch with began jumping the fence (over the next several months) and found over 5 ounces of gold that I know of so far without the landholders permission. I couldn't bring myself to do it so I asked the landholder for permission which was denied. I then left the place alone and went off to find myself some private property that would let me detect. After many rejections (understandable as most people in that area detect themselves) I found some one who let me onto the property. They then showed me a whole little valley of gold diggings that have never seen a metal detector.

Now because I did the right thing, I have a whole goldfield to myself. My first day there scored me 3 little nuggets for 1.6 grams o gold. He he he....
My pic is too big to fit here sorry..

No fun detecting if you have to keep looking over your shoulder for the land owner. WTG on the gold, Steve in so az

Yes, God has blessed you for doing the right thing! May God bless you even more with lots of gold from your personal goldfield area, in Jesus' name I pray! Amen! Ma Betty

Glad you did the right thing. The others are the kind that ruin it for the rest of us. I hope you find many more nuggets!

Glad you did the right thing also. And a big congratulations on the gold.
