Don't count your silver

chickens till they are hatched. I dug this silver looking bracelet - my heaviest silver yet.

But it didn't look quite like silver so upon further inspection I see the 925. Great !

So at home I test a link with my acid kit and it fails. So I take it to my jeweler to see in case my test isn't working right. But they say definitely not silver, someone stamped it 925 erroneously. So I'm disappointed, but it's good to know my test kit is still valid. The crooks are out there - be on guard. Steve in so az
