I'm really tiring of winter and these 20 degree days are beginning to wear a wee bit thin but that's Michigan! One day it's 40 and the next who knows? Wish I could relocate south, as these winters are getting harder to deal with month after month. How about y'all?

Martin, NC would accept you with open arms! The cost of living is pretty good, employment is fair here and the weather is fantastic! Throughout the winter it gets to be about 40's and 50's during the day. I can detect year round here if I want. The fall is longer than New England and just as beautiful. When it snows, it's about 2 to 3" max and melts in a day. Food for thought my friend. (Besides, I NEED some CMD folks down here...most of you are up in "FROZENVILLE"! God Bless Martin!

FROZENVILLE SEEMS TO SUM IT UP RATHER WELL. Actually I've not considered North Carolina but that, as you say, is food for thought. I don't suppose you need a live-in aging, metal detecting, butler?

If you want to clean up after 3 kids under the age of 10, SURE!!!! Al would LOVE the vacation Martin! :clapping:

71 here today. It is so nice , the march flowers are blooming.

Me too...also in Michigan and I NEED the diversion from work...some rough nights this month already. Come on warm weather and Spring. My new detector and pin pointer are seeking use :detecting:

BTW once we get the RV we can come see you all  and do some :detecting:

WOW!!! I love that pic C.J. M! I have to tell you, I LOVE going to TX. We drove out to Grapevine this past fall and went camping. Loved every minute of it! Thanks for the pic.
