Just wondering if there are any other Aussies on here or if anyone knows of any clubs in the Northern territory.

Hi Razor.
If you buy this months Aussie gold Gem and Treasure, it has a list of both detecting and gem clubs around Australia.
I'm only 3900kms away from you. Actually Perth is almost an identical distance from here too. I'm in central NSW, 400kms north west of Sydney.
There are a few Aussies on here at various points. I'm sure they'll let you know who they are.
What's your weapon of choice?

Thanks for the replies, my main weapon of choice is the Scorpion but i have another Gold Snoop that i muck around with on the beaches. (when you can shoo the crocs away long enough.)

A friend has given me permission to detect his claims about 2 hours out of town so just waiting for the wet season to dry up a tad so i can get out there. Havent been detecting for gold yet. I have contacted a club up here but it is all by correspondance so will see how it goes. The misses is working this weekend so might have to go for a drive anyway.

I tried once to give the missus a tin of spray paint and a shovel!!! dont think she saw the funny side. Will get a wand in her hands when we do our trip in April hopefully.
