Can anyone recommend an area around Sierra Vista, AZ for dry camping. Any info appreciated. Thanks..God Bless !!!

A nice motel room would work. Just move the bed over a little.:rofl: Really, like Mike said, check with Steve. Never been to Arizona. Been to California, and New Mexico, but skipped Arizona.
 
Hi Bill - I live not too far from SV. They have campgrounds all over Cochise county / Sierra Vista - why not send for their booklet showing them? Az state has lots of camp sites, no doubt you can find the info online, they will send it. If not then contact SV chamber of commerce and they will help you, Steve in so az
 
Sierra Vista is not too far from a "Riparian" area. These are the places that the govt will take your detector away if you even think of going in there :) Don't know if you are planning on detecting but thought I'd better let you know, Steve
 
Thanks to all for the info..the motel room sounded pretty good today (Mon) with the weather. The plan is to do some prospecting in the Huachuca Mtns. God Bless !!!
