Dug 5 rings, 1 gold, 2 silver

Got out at daybreak to beat the heat. Detected a school yard - just wandered around for 3 hours, dug 51 coins, 5 rings and misc jewelry. Almost all coins were 4-5 inches in extremely dry dirt.

The gold ring on top, center is stamped 14 K, the 2 rings on either side are sterling. One says "Aztek sterling", haven't seen that before. The 2 lower rings are junk.

When I got home my wife was in the front yard & I did the "happy dance" for her. I think the neighbors called the EMT saying "an old guy is having a convulsion - come quickly" :) steve in so az

Congrats on the finds. We were warm here all winter but are now in the middle of our "blackberry winter" and it's cooler now than it was most of the time when it was supposed to be cool. Most of our late winter and spring was in the mid 80s but we have highs in the 60s today. Our 100

I always love finding rings -
I prefer gold or silver, but finding a nice costume jewellery ring is great, too.
You have some very nice ones there. The gold looks like it could be sapphire or blue topaz.
