Dug a Class Ring Today

Looks like a 1962 class ring by Jolstens 10K. Found in about 8 inches of dirt in East Peoria. The ground was only hard on the top 1 inch or so. I think tomorrow will be a good day to go back if it hits 43 degrees and stays sunny. My white coinpro bounced between a pull tab and a dime on this ring. I cannot seem to get a sharp picture when I get up close.

It is an East Peoria Community High ring 1962 the initials are J A and my wife is a graduate from there. It is a guys ring he would be 67 now. I would love to give this back to him. I actually found a necklace charm that belonged to my wife in high school. We knew it was hers when we saw the three initials. We freaked out when I dug it up on the school grounds. I wonder how many rings I have passed over looking at the pull tab icon on my White Coin pro? The high school web page does not have lists of names of alumni but I have a contact from their class reunion organizer. I will make a PATH meeting sooner than later guys. I still have kids sucking up most of my free time in the evenings. Most of my hunting comes in between coats of paint and sawing wood, I am a self employed contractor.
