Dumb question....

lets say i been hunting some trashy soil have it cleaned up a bit now want to go deeper.. what size coil should i get. Right now im running with the standard size that comes with the 3300.

bounty hunter has a 10 inch coil you could try that and make shure your detector is ground balanced correctly. good luck!

it's not a dumb question, tenedy. it's a good one. the 10" magnum coil is the deepseeker deluxe mojo monster coil that's offered in the bh line. as a user of one, i can attest to that. it's like night and day, and like buying a whole new machine. you can expect about 3 or more inches in depth, no problem. but you will miss out on some of the very small targets. hh,

I think BH should start offering their machines with a 9" standard coil, and 12" deep seeker...Make two nugget coils 4" and 6"...That should add a little depth all around...
