The preset patterns, mode settings and specific targets were developed late in the game and to be honest, there could have been more work done before the software was finalized but as they say" at 10 months, it's time for the birthing to begin" and that is what happened.
The benefit is that you have 4 User Modes and 6 Patterns (actually 4 bonus patterns
) that you can save your customized settings in and not use the preset ones.
As far as the FAST & DEEP = ON, you make the call based on the site conditions if in fact this is the best setup to use . . . . . . for most relic sites, there is a change you will want to make
