Awesome news. Get her out and she if she sings. Anxious to hear your results. Really wanting somebody to talk about an upgraded machine but no news yet. Mine is to be back Tuesday but boy is it cold in Indiana. May settle for a comparison of a non-updated F75 to check EMI improvement. Good luck!

Mine is an hour away but deliver is Monday. That's fine though. It hasn't been above freezing for several days and wont be for several more. Also snow tomorrow...lol very uncommon this time of year. Ground is frozen like January.

Got mine back wednesday, but haven't been out with it because it hasn't stopped raining for two weeks, there's a guy down the road building an Ark !!, would love to have your weather. This rain usually continues through to next april. Guess what country i'm in ?.

39 would be to much disc. For this baby. Fast looses depth but it does that on all models I have tested. Remember no washers on the 11 inch dd. Great new coil cover on the 11. Snaps on.

Yes George fast looses depth but it also makes up for it in separation...

I cant tell the difference in 9.0 from 9.1....Ive used it for over about 5 weeks now and I cant see the difference in EMI ...the good news is theres non usually in either mode....

now the All metal mode is still getting EMI noise...but the Disc mode I can run BP 99 sens jsut about everywhere...and Look out for the depth....

whats unique is you can see what the machine can actually do without the noise...and it airtest like crazy deep...

I run the disc on zero 2 tone 99 sens in iron with no problem with 5 inch coil in the FA mode it's not that deep but in iron you dotn need alot fo depth, but will hear things in iron that when you turn the FA mode off you wont hear...Very sleuthy...

Play with the 1n mode some too in iron...instead of it discing out iron with a factory preset of 15 it seems to be blanking instead of discing...it reacts different than jsut putting it in 1 tone and running the disc on 15....or 14 or wherever its more like 2 tone with the audio muted below the disc setting than disced out.....feels like it may not have an agressive filter in that mode...it unmask very well in 1n..

I guess I didn't get a cover with mine. Did you order it separately, or did yours come with it?

So it is taking about 2 weeks for turn around. Mine was delivered to Fisher on the 6th. Maybe l can look for it back next week. I am liking all the comments for far and I hope the Texas weather will change. Way to cold for November !!!!

They received mine (# 240) on Nov 4 at 10:06 am. I received no phone calls or emails from FT during the upgrade. I received the unit back on Sat Nov 15 about 1:30 pm from FedEx. Hope this info helps.
