There wasn't anything going on with family this afternoon, so I decided to do a little detecting at a local park and an old school. Found a dollar in quarters, a dollar in dimes, 2 nickels, and a hand full of pennies. Oh...I found one other thing...a snake! Turns out it didn't move when I approached it and that's because it was made of rubber. Had me fooled for a minute though. Lisa would have loved it! ha!

Congrats on the finds and I'm sure Lisa would say: Ya can keep the snake even if it is rubber! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

These were all alive! We have a retaining wall thet they just love. The two weenie dogs shure were curious about them! :)

EEEE Gads! I sure hope they are not poisonous, for the snakes could bite the dogs if they got too curious!  May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Little stripey things but I don't like them either and never would hold one like little boys do! YUCK!!! :) May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty

Uhhhhh.... NO!!! I wouldn't have loved it!!! LOL! I wont even touch the rubber ones!!!

I actually went looking for two snakes around lunchtime today. Didn't find the two I was trying to track down, but did locate a black rat snake while in the process. It got away without me killing it too. :-( I tried, but it was too quick for me and I dadgum SURE wasn't about to go tromping up in the brush pile it ran in to. Tim and I were helping a neighbor pick up some limbs outta her yard from where he cut a tree for her and when he picked up a big limb, two cotton mouths scooted out and went into the same brush pile I later saw the black rat snake go in to. Clara and I got two hoes and did some poking around in there trying to run them out so we could whack off their heads, but they didn't come out... and we weren't going in!!!

I would be out there... or have someone else out there, whacking those things in the head or shooting them off the wall!!! Good Lord, Man!!! What's wrong with you??? Kill the lil suckers!!!

Lisa

No, no, no!!! She doesn't like them either! Too much like the real thing to suit me!

Lisa

Ahhhh... Ma, you know me well!

Lisa

JUST GARTER SNAKES??????????????????? EXCUSE ME?????????????????????? A snake is a SNAKE!!!!!!!!!!! Only good ones are D E A D ones that have been disposed of and are out of my sight!

Lisa

I leave them alone because the eat lots of bugs! Kinda like bats! I just leave them alone. One day we seen 12 of them sunning themselves down there.

Well , me son, there is a good use for them, as long as they aren't poisonous, but they can leave me alone and I will leave tham alone! I'm like Lisa, I JEST DON"T CARE FOR THE Sneaky crawly, critters! To have them and guiney snakes around helps keep the bugs and the poisonous snakes away, but I sure don't want to see them or have anything to do with them! :shrug! Remind me too much of wicked satan and his evil servants! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
