EDGE find + new Contest

I found this button last week before the snows came. It's pretty cool looking, but I have no idea what the "JW" means. I posted it on another web site to see if anyone knows (no not THAT one) I don't think it's Civil War or military.....
Anyhow, I was also trying to think up another contest having to do with the EDGE so here goes. This should be easy...(someone may get it right away)
Just guess what ID number this button read on the Edge, & place your guess in the subject line. (example +36)
First one to guess or come closest over or under wins the new Fisher hat. One guess per person please. Again, past winners can enter, but if you already got a hat I just ask please pick another prize......

I was surprised no one had picked 18 which is one of the highest percentage button ID's. I had to give it a try. Of course, being from Ohio (instead of Texas), what the heck do I know about buttons!? Thanks for the contest BFL and FRL!
