ERIC,I want to try and water proof the explorer.DO you have any expierence with this machine.What I need to do is have a waterproof box with headphone connector and coil connector thats waterproof.Is there anyway you can do this.If not could you sell empty contrl box with those connectors attached.

Sorry but no experience with the Explorer. The best place to contact with regard to underwater housings and connectors is Ikelite. Go to their website on www.ikelite.com

I did an easy mod and wade(I use waders,not a wet suit) with my explorer and it works great in the water.Ralph
 
Ralph,did you sell me your milller scoop to me.Could you let me know how you did yours.
 
I saw an Explorer waterproofed last year in Florida by Bill Babbs and he is still using it...Yes it can be done. Frank
