"Ethically correct" metal detecting.

In Lake County Florida. it is and has been for years. I'll bet after all these mass shooting at schools your states will change.
 
If you have to use a shovel you are just too lazy. I have been using a hand digger for the 40 years I have been detecting.

I'm sure the ones using shovels wouldn't want them in their yards.
 
Depends on where you're hunting. In woods and fields a shovel would be fine as long as you fill in the holes and remove the trash.
