Etrex with parks and waterways

I had a basic etrex when they came out but was wondering if any of the etrex models have parks and waterways on them.
Like to have one when canoeing-sometimes you get off the main waterway and get confused.
which is the best model for one who goes canoeing on a mostly rivers and streams,
