Eureka Gold Question

I have the opportunity to purchase a never used Eureka Gold for 400-500. Is that a good deal? How efficient is it on coins and other non-gold items?

I know it was designed from the 18,000 which was a good machine for RAW gold hunting. Ive not heard many people talk about using it for coins. Having 3 switchable freqs would make it pretty versital youd think. Kind of like having an Xterra without having to swap coils. It reminds you of the Sov, but im still not sure if you are only looking for coins that you wouldnt be better off with a good machine for coins. It should handle difficult soil... it did in AZ. The 6.4 freq will be the only freq that going to give you very much depth.
