Dug these things @ a 1930's school today. I think the ring will more than for the 8" Eurotek. It's very bulky & stamped 18K. Read "74" at 5" deep. Ya' gotta' dig those zinc penny sounds. I would assume the stones are real. The other ring is junk, the next thing I dug was the real one!
Good job, nice finds. The wife & I went for a hunt today, she was using her Eurotek Pro and she found alittle over $4.00 in clad and two jewelry items and I got 96 cents with my machine.
Nickels: I started detecting in the 1980's. Buffalo nickles have eluded me. I have dug four since the mid 80's. Two of those Buffalo's have been in the last two weeks with the Eurotek!
