Eurotek Pro 8" paid for itself today

Dug these things @ a 1930's school today. I think the ring will more than for the 8" Eurotek. It's very bulky & stamped 18K. Read "74" at 5" deep. Ya' gotta' dig those zinc penny sounds. I would assume the stones are real. The other ring is junk, the next thing I dug was the real one!

Good job, nice finds. The wife & I went for a hunt today, she was using her Eurotek Pro and she found alittle over $4.00 in clad and two jewelry items and I got 96 cents with my machine.

WTG bigolhorns,

She's a beauty! Digging those zincs paid off

Congrats!

bigolhorns, wow, very nice finds...I'd guess you paid for your Eurotek Pro a couple times over at least with that ring! Great job.........HH

Nice job on the gold. I love that VCO tone. I dig every one of those when my disc is set at 50. I get nickels as wel.

Nickels: I started detecting in the 1980's. Buffalo nickles have eluded me. I have dug four since the mid 80's. Two of those Buffalo's have been in the last two weeks with the Eurotek!

I got 2 in my last outing :) Makes the high/low kHz theory not so solid. It is more about the machine. My Tracker IV hits hard on them as well.
