The sheath is the second one I had, the first one rotted away. The little knife below it is the one I've been buying for about a year now, for $7.79 at Wal Mart, and for the money, a great little knife (even if they are made in China). I keep several new ones in the drawer, because if I lose one, I want another knife right now. If anybody's interested, the name of the knife is the Ozark Trail in the sporting goods section of Wal Mart. Sharpens easily and holds an edge fairly well.
