That is the mounting half of a fuse link that is used by the power company on hook stick disconnects. That is out side on the pole to your house, where the transformer is, and other places. :geek: Happy Hunting
 
I thought they had a GE on the end. I even looked at a 30 amp screw in fuse to see if the inside part was like that.
