Excalibur wireless headphones ?

Xp doberman

New member
Getting ready to eliminate my yellows from my Excalibur, haven't seen anything but wondering ,has anyone tried to do wireless ?

I've never seen it done But I do know it won't work if the sending unit is under water. Also you have the issue of water proofing all, which I've been thru while working a amplifier for the excalibur.

Just not practical or worth the effort for most of us who get out there neck deep. Like Joe said one its under water its useless without some form of antenna like the Deus uses. Personally, i think the best solution so far has been Joes use of the CTX connector in the end cap. You can swap out the phones fast..... but you are still connected. A waterproof USB would work in the cap as well for say waterproof earbuds.

Forget about the problems of wireless underwater...think ahead...
Take one good wave over your head or knock you down...off go the headphone, ball cap, sunglasses. I even keep my scoop tethered to my waist belt while in the surf. I know to a few scoops that have yet to be found after being ripped from one's tight grip.
