eXcelerator 5" Coil

Does anyone have a 5" eXcelerator that has a cover on it. I bought one that I was told has the cover on it but I'm not sure. I'd like to see a picture. I tried to see if I could remove what they are telling me is the cover but I think it's a part of the coil casing.

What is your point in all this? I have one but it is white in color. It will do the job and be happy for the technology. As far as if it will fail cause it might not have a cover is rediculious. I have been detecting for 30 years back when you didn't have @#$#@% and never had a problem so relax and enjoy. Scott

Thanks Metalmiester. I was told it had a cover on it and "my point" is that I want to make sure I got what I was promised.

This is also what Minelab suggests you do with the SE cover. (seal it with silicon)

I expected to see something that came up to the top edge of the coil and that you tell was a cover.
