does anyone know how to remove the control box , from the handle --- my battery connectors need to be cleaned , but can't separate the arm part to get to them --- need help !

It is a real SOB to do Joe, don’t do it. Take a very long cotton swab with alcohol and just reach down there and scrub them. If they’re corroded there are things that can be used such as a piece of a Brillo pad glued to that long swab,if it needs physical material removed. But don’t attempt to remove the control head to separate the handle, you will be very angry with yourself. The adhesive they use is unbelievably tough.
